Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Policies

By using the services of Hotel Los Faroles, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Reservation Policies

• The reservation is considered guaranteed only if a 100% deposit of the total stay value is made.
• The deposit can be made directly at the hotel or via bank transfer.
• Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
• If you do not have a credit card, payment can be made via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policies

• Free cancellation: up to 72 hours before check-in.
• Late cancellations or no-shows:
• A fee corresponding to one night's accommodation will be charged.
• Advance deposits will not be refundable.

3. Schedules

• Check-in: 3:00 PM.
• Check-out: 12:00 PM.
• A luggage storage area is available for early arrivals.

4. General Policies

• Pets are not allowed due to a lack of suitable facilities.
• Visitors are only allowed in the lobby area.

5. Billing Policies

• If an invoice is required, it must be specified when sending the deposit slip.
• Send the deposit slip to hotellosfaroless@gmail.com, indicating:
• Guest's full name.
• Check-in and check-out dates.
• Type of room reserved.
• Number of people.
• Fiscal information for the invoice.

6. Communication and Support Policies

• Deposit receipts must be sent to the indicated email or via WhatsApp: 968 119 6979.
• The hotel is not responsible for deposits not confirmed via email or for lack of receipt acknowledgment.

7. Payment Security

• The only authorized account number will be sent by the hotel from its official email.
• We are not responsible for deposits made to accounts other than the one officially provided.

8. Reservation Confirmation

• The guest will receive:
• Reservation details.
• Conditions and related data via email.
